I loved having free parking spaces, it's a luxury nowadays! Karen was friendly and approachable. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was tasty, perfect fuel for my busy sightseeing schedule.
Oh, how disappointing that there are no mobile signals! How will I ever survive without constant notifications and pings?

Great value for money. Comfortable and clean room with vintage charm. Excellent location for exploring the lower south part of Cornwall. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who provided helpful recommendations.
Breakfast offerings could be improved by diversifying the food selection.

I had a great stay here. The hosts were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean and peaceful. The breakfast options were fresh and delicious, with a good variety to choose from. The location was perfect, with easy access to St Michaels mountain and the nearby beach. The hotel facilities were excellent and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The small room was comfortable and clean. Karen and Derek, the hosts, were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were delicious and set us up for the day. We also liked that there were several pubs nearby for evening meals. The local people were friendly and welcoming. The hotel had free parking spaces, which was convenient. The location was in quiet surroundings and close to the beach and St. Michaels mountain. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location were all excellent.
Can't fault the property in any way.
